In the event of any complaint or incident related to the machine, Cloud Kiosk handles it directly — the venue is not the point of contact

Maintenance & Servicing

Cloud Kiosk owns the machine outright — all maintenance, repairs, and part replacements are entirely our responsibility
Remote monitoring means we often know about an issue before you do — proactive, not reactive
If a machine needs a service visit, we schedule and execute it — no call needed from your end, no staff involvement
Target response time for any service issue: within 24–48 hours
Machines are sourced from a manufacturer with a 2% failure rate and 20+ years in commercial production — downtime is rare by design
Annual checkups and preventative maintenance are included — the machine doesn't degrade on your watch
